You have the right to a full refund after placing an order and paying for any item(s) and up until 7 days after the day you receive your order. We cannot, however, offer refunds for earrings due to health and safety issues (unless they become faulty within a reasonable period of time).

If you decide you would like a refund after you have received your items, the items must be returned in their original packaging or with a similar amount of protective packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage if you choose to have a refund after the point the items are despatched to you. Items must be returned with adequate postal insurance to cover the full cost of the contents.

You will receive your refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be provided by the same method you made the original payment i.e. via Paypal or cheque.

S.Tunstall jewellery is made to last but in the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty within a reasonable period of time, you will be offered a free repair service or a full refund. The most common reason for items becoming faulty is through failure of bought in parts such as clasps and earring fittings. Although I attempt to always use the highest quality materials, sometimes breakages are inevitable. If the fault is to do with a replaceable part, the item will be repaired rather than refunded.

If the item becomes faulty within three months of purchase, it will be repaired free of charge. If more time has elapsed since date of purchase, I will reserve the right to charge a relevant repair fee to cover materials.
