We offer two postage options for mainland UK orders:

Royal Mail 1st Class - £1.95
Only recommended for small orders under £15 i.e. if you are only purchasing one pair of earrings. We do not accept liability for lost orders via this method. In the unlikely event of an order being lost, opened or damaged in the post, a proof of postage certificate will be provided and it will then become the purchaser's responsibility to take the issue up with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £4.95
This option is preferable as it provides automatic insurance for your order. It also means you are guaranteed to receive your item the next working day after it is shipped. In the unlikely event of an order being lost, opened or damaged, we will do our best to resolve the issue. If the order is completely lost or damaged beyond repair, you will receive a full refund.

Fast and insured Airmail to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA.

Royal Mail International Airmail Signed For - £9.95
If you order is to a country not listed above, this option will be used and your order will be suitably insured.
*Any import fees or taxes incurred on international orders will be the responsibility of the purchaser.*

Packaging costs are included in the price you pay for postage. Items are gift wrapped in tissue paper inside a white card sleeve. Orders are sent in bubble wrap and jiffy bags for protection.
